What to Have Ready
To make the most of your strategy session, it is helpful to have a few key details on hand.
Don't worry if you don't have everything completely finalized—we will start exactly where you are. During our initial conversation, we will typically cover:
Your Contact & Ministry Details
- The Basics: Your name, leadership title, email, and best phone number.
- The Organization: Your church or company name, along with how you heard about Trinity.
- The Specific Focus: Which Trinity service or program are you most interested in exploring.
Your Financial Footprint & Goals
- Property Status: Whether your organization currently owns or rents your facilities.
- Financial Statements: Last three year-end financial statements and current year to date interim financial statement (usually request by quarter, March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31).
- Current Loan Details: Your existing loan balances, current interest rates, and monthly payments.
- Ministry Details: Weekly average attendance (in person & online), Active membership numbers, and Giving units (all members that gave at least $100 for the year) for the last two years and current year.
- The Vision: A brief overview of what you are ultimately trying to accomplish.
