Founded in 2016

Our Founding Story

David Pack launched his career in commercial finance in January 1990. Over the next three decades, he built an elite banking pedigree—spending 14 years at Chrysler Financial Services and 14 years at Fifth Third Bank. Rising from a client service manager to Business Banker Sales Director, David directed nearly $5 billion in lending over his corporate career.

Then, in 2016, his trajectory completely changed.

Driven by a clear calling, David walked away from a highly lucrative compensation package, complete with stock options and corporate bonuses. He started Trinity Financial Consulting from scratch. It wasn't just a business move—it was an assignment. David recognized that churches were entering a volatile financial landscape, and they desperately needed a trusted advocate who understood the lending market from the inside.

Who we are

Experienced Leadership, Nationwide Reach

Founded in Indiana in 2016 by David and Robin Pack, Trinity Financial Consulting serves ministries across the country. Robin directs marketing and financial operations, working in tandem with a retained CPA, and a key leader in the strategy planning of the company. Traci Bowman serves as Senior Vice President of Kingdom Living and Wealth Building, leading Trinity’s dedicated financial coaching and stewardship programs for local congregations. We are focusing to help ministries and communities with Financial Education and existing business acquisition as two main wealth drivers (FYI-A Praying Marriage is another)

David holds an accounting degree from Indiana State University (1989) and served 15 years in the Army Reserve, including eight years as a commissioned officer.

Today, Trinity successfully strategizes with over 100 clients per year and provides new loan financing to 20 to 25 client engagements per year. Looking to the future, David is actively mentoring a highly qualified candidate as a potential successor—ensuring that Trinity’s protective mission and advocacy will outlast him to serve generations of churches to come.
